What would you like patients to know about your approach to care?
Care is rooted in the belief that true healing occurs when precise structural mechanics and systemic internal balance are addressed simultaneously. By bridging traditional Asian medical systems with contemporary orthopedic and neurological science, each treatment plan is custom-tailored to the individual's physical constitution and functional goals. Patient care focuses on root-cause diagnosis, non-invasive pain relief, and active collaboration, empowering each person with practical movement and wellness strategies to sustain vitality beyond the clinic walls.
Describe some of your professional highlights.

- Hospital Practitioner: Serving as a Practitioner with Valley Health System, providing integrative clinical care in collaboration with hospital-based medical teams.
- Multilingual Patient Care: Fluency in English and Korean, alongside clinical Spanish proficiency, enabling seamless communication across diverse patient populations.
What inspired you to become a healthcare clinician?
My path into healthcare began with a personal commitment to my own family - I wanted to be healthier, stronger, and present for them. That personal motivation is grounded in a deep heritage of service: my uncle gave his life in the Korean war in 1951, and witnessing the selfless sacrifice made by young service members gave me an enduring urgency to dedicate my life and neighbor to helping others. Guided by my wife's decades of healthcare service in New York City and our shared commitment to 'love your neighbor as yourself', I chose integrative medicine as my calling. Whether working with patients in the clinic or reconnecting with nature along the shore, my mission remains simple: to serve with compassion, restore vitality, and be a positive source of light and healing for those in need. Bridging classical healing traditions with modern clinical standards provides an opportunity to guide patients from injury back into resilient, balanced health.
