I was Medical Director of Women's Health Project, a trauma-focused treatment center at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital Center, Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons. I am board-certified in both psychiatry by the ABPN and addiction medicine by the ABPM. I am a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
What would you like patients to know about your approach to care?
My approach to care is non-judgmental and aims to provide a strong therapeutic alliance with each patient on an individual basis.
What inspired you to become a doctor?
I've always been fascinated by the complexities of the mind and the neurobiology of the brain. Seeing my father's dedication to his patients as a physician inspired me to pursue a career in medicine.
