Some of the techniques and procedures that I use in my practice include metabolic medicine, as well as bariatric surgery.
What would you like patients to know about your approach to care?
I approach patient care by prioritizing the individual patient’s needs, values, and preferences. To achieve optimum patient outcomes requires a true partnership between individuals and their healthcare providers, one where the individual’s needs and aspirations drive both healthcare decisions and how outcomes are measured. Our team works to know and treat the full patient — using a collaborative approach to developing individualized, comprehensive care plans in which mental health and social needs receive equal attention to traditional medical treatment.

Connie went over all my test results and how to maintain my protein intake, as well as, options for a nutritionist and a gym. She set me up for a preview gym session and gave me detailed paperwork with all my results and weight loss progress.
