Our practice treats kidney stones, kidney cancer, bladder cancer and prostate cancer, urinary retention.
What techniques or procedures do you use in your practice?
We perform penile injections for Erectile Dysfunction, Xiaglex injections for Peyronie's Disease, in office cystoscopy, vasectomy, urodynamics, Testopel placement (testosterone therapy), foley catheter placement, prostate biopsies. Robotic surgical techniques for prostatectomy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ureteral reimplantation, adrenalectomy.
Describe some of your professional highlights.
David Miller is a Physician Assistant (Associate) who completed his undergraduate degree in Biology from Brandeis University and then worked at Rockefeller University doing research in Immunology and Cell Physiology before completing his degree as a Physician Assistant (Associate) from Touro College Physician Assistant Program. He has been practicing for 28 years in the fields of Surgery and Emergency Medicine and for the past 12 years in Urology. While practicing in General Urology he has focused on Men's Health which includes Erectile Dysfunction and Peyronie's Disease. He also hosts a Urology Podcast for patients called Urine Luck: Now Streaming that can be found on most podcast platforms!

My visit with David Miller was an extraordinary experience because he was so incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and funny. From the moment he walked into the room and greeted me [...] I could tell he was different. I was amazed at how much time Dr. Miller gave me. He listened to my concerns and answered every question I had in great detail. He explained my condition clearly and in great detail and outlined a menu of treatment options for both my urinary retention and ED issues. We settled on the lowest level of intervention after in-depth discussion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Miller and VMG Urology to anyone because I had such a positive and information experience. Please extend my thanks to Dr. Miller for treating me so well.
