What are some of the specific conditions you treat?
I treat a variety of both gynecologic and obstetric conditions from adolescence to adulthood. These include, but are not limited to, preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum care (including higher risk conditions such as gestational diabetes, hypertensive disorders, and multiple gestations, etc.), routine gynecological exams, contraception, abnormal/heavy bleeding, painful periods, fibroids, polyps, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, sexual dysfunction, PCOS, and menopausal symptoms.
What techniques or procedures do you use in your practice?
Some of the procedures I perform include routine gynecological exams, pap smears, STI screening and management, contraception management including IUD insertion/removal and Nexplanon insertion/removal, gynecologic cancer screening, osteoporosis screening, breast cancer screening, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, vulvar/vaginal biopsy, LEEP, hysteroscopy, dilation and curettage, polypectomy, myomectomy, endometrial ablation, diagnostic laparoscopy, salpingectomy, oophorectomy, ovarian cystectomy, ectopic pregnancy treatment, laparoscopic hysterectomy, robotic hysterectomy, abdominal hysterectomy, cesarean section, and surgical sterilization.
Describe some of your professional highlights.
Becoming certified to perform robotic surgery was an important part of my training. I enjoy being able to offer this minimally invasive option for surgery for my patients when indicated.
What would you like patients to know about your approach to care?
I like to take a collaborative approach with patients to formulate a plan to treat their condition that also meets their individual needs, whether that be through lifestyle changes, medication management, or surgery. I enjoy educating and sharing information with patients so that they are empowered and confident in the shared decision-making process.
What inspired you to become a doctor?
As a child, I saw firsthand how medical and surgical treatment could impact and improve a patient's quality of life when my parents needed medical care. I also understood how important trust and understanding were to the patient-physician relationship. This was something I knew I wanted to offer to patients as a physician. Growing up with four older sisters, I have always cared deeply about women's health. I particularly appreciate how special this field is in that we follow our patients throughout major milestones in their life and are involved in some of their most important, memorable moments.

Dr. Norian is excellent. She is compassionate and cares about how I am feeling then again, all of the doctors, nurses, PAs everyone at this practice is excellent and shows that they care! I had a new MA, [...], and [...] was training her. They are both so friendly and welcoming. Very sweet.

Best experience ever with a gynecologist. The physician listened to my concerns and I felt heard as well as understood. The physician explained exactly what they were going to do prior and during the exam. The physicians emotion intelligence is stellar.

Dr. Norian is always so amazing to receive care from. She is so compassionate, understanding, and kind. Throughout the entire exam, I felt calm, and at ease, as she walked me through everything she was doing. Typically with past providers I felt rushed and not listened to. Dr. Norian is the complete opposite of that. She is so knowledgeable and thorough and I can tell how much she cares about her patients.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Norian and I enjoyed the experience. I needed an ultrasound to find babies heartbeat and she took a few extra minutes to show me the baby and print me a picture which was not necessary but very much appreciated
