Bio

What are some of the specific conditions you treat?

I treat brain, head and neck, gastrointestinal, lung/thoracic, and genitourinary cancers. I also treat patients in the Gamma Knife Center for both cancer-related and benign conditions, such as trigeminal neuralgia, acoustic neuromas, and arteriovenous malformations.

What techniques or procedures do you use in your practice?

I use the most advanced radiation techniques for my patients including intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT), image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT), linear accelerated based stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), Gamma Knife radiosurgery, and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SABR).

What would you like patients to know about your approach to care?

As a radiation oncologist treating cancer patients, my approach to care is deeply patient-centered. I want every patient to be heard, respected, and supported throughout their journey. A cancer diagnosis can be overwhelming, and my goal is to create a space where patients feel comfortable asking me questions, expressing concerns, and participating in decisions about their care. I believe in combining the most advanced, evidence-based treatments with a human touch. Behind every radiation treatment plan is a person and family with unique needs, values, and goals. I take time to explain each step of the process clearly so that patients know exactly what we're doing, but more importantly, why we're doing it. I work very closely with a whole team of oncologists, surgeons, nurses, and support staff to ensure care is coordinated and holistic. My commitment is to deliver the highest quality care with compassion and respect for my patients.
