What are some of the specific conditions you treat?
As a primary care provider, I do a lot of well visits. I order preventative health screenings, immunizations and routine lab work and interpret all results. I also treat chronic conditions including hypertension, hyperlipidemia, type 2 diabetes, hypothyroidism, depression and anxiety. I manage acute conditions as well including musculoskeletal pain, urinary tract infections, respiratory infections and rashes.
What would you like patients to know about your approach to care?
I include my patients in the care plan and provide them with evidence-based care.
What inspired you to become an advanced practice provider?
I have always wanted to work with people and help others.

I'm not somebody who willingly goes to the doctors. Miss Capozzi figured out really quick that I was a captured audience and someone who was based upon the last visits and procedures I had done would probably not return made sure that everything she suggested regarding shots and future visits was taken care of right there.
