Dr. Chan listens very carefully and well. He deserves flexible time with patients but won't get it. He deserves a raise, but won't get it. He is a posutive and rare find.

He takes time to listen to his patients and he offers thoughtful examples. In talking about losing weight he suggested indicators of progress other than weight like improvements in ability to complete exercise or the way clothes fits.
