What are some of the specific conditions you treat?

A few of the conditions I treat are female-related diseases, including ovarian cysts, urogynecological disorders, hormone changes, infertility in women, and cancer of the ovaries, cervix, and/or breast. I counsel patients on contraceptive care and educate them about sexual health and intimacy. We offer screening and follow-up for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), pregnancy tests, and postpartum care. I educate and counsel women about peri-menopause and menopause and assess and treat common infections, endometriosis, fibroids, and menses complications. Having worked with adolescents for many years, I am particularly passionate about the subject. Additionally, I provide general health and wellness counseling. It is my mission to provide care that is inclusive of people of all gender identities and sexual orientations.

What would you like patients to know about your approach to care?

I am passionate about women’s health and find that through my role as a DNP, I am able to educate, empower, and encourage women to make their health a priority. Being young at heart myself, I have a specific interest in working with adolescents as well as contraception management but also enjoy counseling women of all ages. My ability to transition easily from caring for one age group to the next demonstrates my experience and expertise in the field. When I'm not in the office, I love to spend time with her family.
