I am a Nurse Practitioner serving as a Rapid Response Team (RRT) provider and leader, specializing in the early identification and intervention of acute patient deterioration. With extensive clinical expertise and strong leadership skills, I coordinate timely assessments and critical interventions to stabilize patients and prevent adverse outcomes. I work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient safety, deliver evidence-based care, and support staff education. I am committed to fostering a proactive clinical environment that prioritizes rapid, effective responses to emergent situations.
