    I've already recommended Kati to someone else. She listened to my concerns and we made a plan for my health. She went over it a couple of times. She was wonderful.

    Pleasantly surprised and grateful for the patience of Kati even though they obviously had a waiting room full. I did not feel rushed at all and she didn't make me feel silly about my questions. She also showed that she did indeed review my chart and wasn't asking repetitive questions for no reason.
