Excellent service and frankly better than the treatment I receive from most valley mds. Kayla genuinely cared about my illness and went above and beyond to call me with results to a test the same day, later in the evening. She immediately called my prescription and I was able to get it before the pharmacy closed. One of the few times I felt treated like a human rather than a faceless consumer by anyone at Valley Medical.

She accurately diagnosed my illness and prescribed the right medication, which made a significant difference and helped me recover. For context, she was the third doctor I saw that week, and she was the only one who correctly identified what was wrong. I truly appreciate her knowledge, attention to detail, and compassionate care.
