What are some of the specific conditions you treat?

In the Cardiac Screening Program, I assess cardiac risk in the adult population. I address the lifestyle habits that lead to the development of cardiovascular risk factors including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes. Additionally, I participate in community outreach programs to promote and support cardiovascular wellness in the community.

Describe some of your professional highlights.

With over 20 years of experience, I have played a key role in the Cardiac Screening and Community Outreach Program. I continue to be dedicated to employing evidence-based practices to promote health and well-being in diverse populations. Over the course of my career, I have developed a strong passion for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases through lifestyle and nutrition. I

successfully incorporate health coaching to empower patients in their wellness journey and recently achieved national certification in lifestyle medicine and have been awarded the title of Diplomat from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.

What would you like patients to know about your approach to care?

My objective as a healthcare provider is to support my patients in their health and wellness journeys by providing guideline-directed education, resources, and interventions. I seek to understand each person's specific needs and personal goals as they relate to health

and wellness and offer a supportive environment to help them achieve an optimal state of health.
