Hypertension, diabetes, hypothyroidism, preventive medicine, heart disease, well care.
What would you like patients to know about your approach to care?
I’m interested in providing individualized care for the patient that takes all of their health needs into consideration. I invite my patients to be involved in all decisions and to take responsibility for their health care choices. If we succeed in partnering together, we can achieve a long and healthy life. We follow the most up to date guidelines in preventive care and screening medicine.
What inspired you to become a doctor?
As a grade school student, I enjoyed the sciences. In college, my father underwent cardiac surgery. His cardiologist inspired me to become a physician with his compassion for my father and our entire family during a difficult time. Thankfully, my father did well for some time. I had the privilege to be in this physician's class at the NYU School of Medicine, and I informed him of the impact he had on me.

She showed a lot of empathy and determination in helping me get my medication for high blood pressure that she took to receive because the pharmacist decided to send it by mail instead of the local rich fame, as instructed. He proved to be a humanist and a great disciple of Hippocrates.
