I was there for an issue that is very embarrassing to discuss, but the office staff and Dr. Herman were considerate, and totally professional discussing and questioning about my problem and were not dismissive at all. My concerns were addressed and that's what matters to me. I am not looking to be "friends" with my physician or the office staff, but to be seen with courtesy, respect and professionalism; therefore I think you should rethink and rename the category "Friendliness".
