Minimally invasive lung and esophageal cancer surgery, VATS lobectomy, thoracoscopic sympathectomy, endobronchial ultrasound, navigational bronchoscopy, endoscopic submucosal resection for early esophageal tumors, radiofrequency ablation for barrett's esophagus, laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair, pneumonectomy, laparoscopic heller myotomy, laparoscopic fundoplication, gastrectomy.
Describe some of your professional highlights.
A dedicated thoracic oncologic surgeon trained at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center that also specializes in diseases of the esophagus. An active researcher with over 90 peer-reviewed publications and over 40 scientific presentations at national and international meetings. Current President of the International Thymic Malignancy Interest Group, a professional society of over 600 clinicians and researchers around the world dedicated to the study of thymic neoplasms.
