Dr. Jacob is extremely caring and has a wonderful way of explaining medical issues.

I was extremely satisfied with Dr. Jacob. He was kind and understanding, and spoke with me as an intelligent adult. We had an excellent conversation about my problem and he understood it and used ultrasound to get more information. We discussed several non-invasive options and agreed that I would make another appointment for the first treatment.

The doctor was very polite and he explained all my questions with words that I understood. He is a nice doctor. I enjoy my visit to the office.

I felt that Dr Jacobs was extremely attentive. He asked scores of questions in an effort to accurately diagnose the sources of my pains. He also conducted ultrasounds of my shoulder and thumb on the spot. That was excellent! During the entire visit, he wasn't at all rushed and made certain that all of my questions and concerns were expressed before he concluded our visit. I thought his skills and demeanor were excellent, IMO.

I never feel rushed with Dr Jacob and he is great at explaining everything and answering my questions.
