What are some of the specific conditions you treat?
I practice the full-scope of general obstetrics and gynecology. I am also specialty board certified in Complex Family Planning; my expertise is in provision and management of contraception, early pregnancy loss, and abortions.
What would you like patients to know about your approach to care?
I am passionate about reproductive justice and access to reproductive health. My research interests have focused on how to best address intimate partner violence and reproductive coercion. I have experience in training residents and medical students in trauma-informed care and best practices for respectful exams in obstetrics and gynecology.

Dr Cha has incredible bedside manner. He listens, explains, and makes you feel understood and heard. I don't feel rushed or like I'm taking up his time like I usually do at a doctor's office.

This is my second time seeing Dr. Cha. He's very friendly, immediately put you at ease. I'm impressed that he spends time speaking to you prior to the actual exam and while you're still dressed, so you can feel relaxed and confident when speaking with him.He not only went over things from last year's exam, but my current needs and asked for any questions or concern.
