Annual preventive care of females ages 14 and up; all benign conditions of female genito urinary tract, including but not limited to, infections, pain, abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroid uterus, ovarian cysts, benign ovarian tumors, infertility, abnormal pap smear, menstrual and puberty problems, menopausal issues.
