What would you like patients to know about your approach to care?

My goal is to build long-term relationships with my patients and their families by creating a welcoming environment where they feel heard, respected, and involved in every healthcare decision. I emphasize preventive care, evidence-based medicine, and shared decision-making while tailoring treatment plans to each person's unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. As a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics physician, I enjoy caring for patients across all stages of life and providing continuity of care from childhood through adulthood.

Describe some of your professional highlights.

Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, Outstanding Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Resident Award 2026, Joyce Victoria McRobbie Award.

What inspired you to become a healthcare clinician?

I experienced a rare condition called Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome (HUS) as a child, and that experience gave me an early appreciation for the impact compassionate, skilled healthcare professionals can have on patients and their families. As I grew older, I realized I wanted a career that was both intellectually challenging and deeply meaningful. Medicine allows me to help others through some of life's most important moments while continually learning from my patients and the communities I serve. The relationships I build with patients and families are one of the most rewarding aspects of being a physician.
